1. Ask if you can ask a question.
2. Ask a question and immediately leave.
3. Ask the same question over and over again without giving anyone a chance to answer.
4. Talk about warez.

6. Join a channel with an obvious topical focus and ask about something completely unrelated.
7. Join and then leave a channel quickly and without saying anything.
8. Join a channel you've never visited before and ask them to op you (repeatedly in some cases).
9. Jump into a channel..say "sucks" and then jump out. (DScribe)
10. Jump into a channel..say "so and so is a [choice curse word here]."
11. Use a nickname based on bodily fluids or a sexual act.
12. Use a nickname based on characters like Ùçá.
13. Use slang, such as "R U there?" or "does NE1 know?" Spell the words for god sakes.
14. Use an IRC client that everyone knows sucks because of annoying things it does. (ex: Netscape Chat)
15. Flood a channel or an individual on that channel with useless garbage.
16. Make pitiful attempts at trying to take over a channel.
17. Create an auto-greet that sends to everyone in a channel each time someone joins.
18. On OS related channels, talk about an opposing OS, even though you don't really like or know anything about either of them.
19. Attempt to DCC chat/send someone after they've already told you they won't accept it.
20. After being kicked/banned from a channel, message the individual that did it to you to ask them why, and then blurt out rude and obscene gestures to them.
21. Join a channel, stay for a minimum of 30 minutes without saying a word, then say "You people are lame!" and depart before anyone can respond.
22. Join a channel clearly marked #Russia or #Italia and ask "Wow, what language is THAT!?"
23. Join a channel but have an autogreet running for a different channel.
